She is the author of 7 books, including her newest, “The Essential Oils Menopause Solution.” Today, Dr. Mariza shares her healing journey and how the inner drive that pushed her to achieve all her goals also led to many health issues.

Dr. Avanti and Dr. Mariza also dive deeper into the stories that are attached to women’s menstrual cycles from an early age and how this affects how women view their hormonal fluctuations negatively.
