The word “balance” means very different things in Western society versus that of Ayurveda. In the West we talk about balance in terms of our roles and responsibilities. In Ayurveda, balance is about being in sync with nature and being in balance within ourselves. On today’s episode of The Healing Catalyst, Dr. Kumar-Singh discusses what balance looks like in the Ayurvedic tradition and how different qualities come into play. She also has a new tool for you to add to your healing toolkit: morning pages.
