When we think of yoga, we immediately think of moving through physical poses. But yoga is so much more than just exercise! While postures make up a portion of a yoga practice, we can’t forget the other tools: breathing, meditation, visualization, chanting, and more. Yoga isn’t about doing the postures, it’s about undoing what is in the way of the postures.

This week, we’re talking about all of the tools of yoga and how they fit into the Ayurvedic lifestyle. We’ll also go into the vibrational benefits of sound healing and some of the various ways you can use sound to heal yourself. Take a listen and think about how you can vibrate along with the universe.
